A South Tampa native, Matt Morgan brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and deep local knowledge to real estate. A graduate of H.B. Plant High School (2010), he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from New College of Florida (2014).
For over a decade, Matt worked in the music industry as an audio engineer and video director, collaborating with a diverse range of professional clientele in Tampa’s creative scene. His experience as a freelance videographer and photographer further refined his keen eye for detail—a skill that seamlessly translates into showcasing properties in the best light.
In 2024, Matt obtained his real estate license and joined Smith & Associates and formed The Morgan Group, with his father Greg Morgan, to deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors.
