Gregory Morgan
Gregory Morgan brings over 40 years of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay market, specializing in both commercial and residential properties. With a transaction portfolio exceeding $500 million, Gregory’s expertise extends to local and national markets. He has held leadership positions at prestigious firms such as JLL, CBRE, and Advantis Real Estate Services, and served as Vice President of Oxford Properties Group, where he oversaw U.S. acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management.
In addition to his real estate career, Gregory was President of Morgan Studios, an advertising and design firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently serves as Director of Community Relations at Amalie Oil Company. His dedication to community service is evident through his active roles with organizations like the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, Career Rebound, and the American Red Cross. Gregory’s commitment to creating spaces people love is at the heart of everything he does.
Matt Morgan
Matt Morgan, a South Tampa native, brings fresh perspective and creativity to The Morgan Group. A graduate of H.B. Plant High School and New College of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music, Matt’s unique background includes a decade of experience in the music industry as an audio engineer and video director at a Tampa recording studio. He is also a skilled freelance videographer and photographer, having collaborated with a wide range of professional clients. In 2024, Matt earned his real estate license and joined Smith & Associates, blending his creative talents with a passion for real estate.
